These Terms & Conditions apply to all customers of Sri Vijayaganapathy Stores ("we", "us", "our") who join a savings plan, make a payment or use this website. By joining a plan or using this website you agree to these terms.
1. Savings plans
- Each plan has a fixed monthly instalment and a fixed number of months, as shown on your card.
- Instalments should be paid every month on or before the due date at any of our branches or through the payment methods we offer.
- A receipt is issued for every payment. Please keep your card and receipts safe.
2. Collecting products
- Products are issued only after all instalments of the plan are fully paid.
- Products are issued at the branch and on the dates announced by us. Please bring your card and the registered mobile number.
- Products may be replaced with items of equal value if a listed item is unavailable.
3. Customer details
You must give a correct name, mobile number and address when joining. Please inform the branch if your mobile number changes.
4. Website use
The information on this website is provided for your convenience. You must not misuse this website or try to access data that does not belong to you.
