This policy explains how products under our savings plans are delivered.
Branch pickup
- Products are issued at your branch after all instalments are paid.
- Product issue dates are announced at the branches and through SMS before the festival.
- Please bring your card and registered mobile number. A person collecting on your behalf must carry your card.
Door delivery
- Door delivery is available in selected areas. Delivery charges, if any, will be informed in advance.
- Deliveries are normally completed within 3–7 working days from the announced issue date.
- Please check the products at the time of delivery and report any damage or shortage immediately.
Digital services
Payment confirmations and receipts are provided instantly at the branch or by SMS. No physical shipping is involved for payments.
